The event was well presented, but should have been better publicised for such a prestigious important event. (Samar Wafa)
Long gap between starters and main course.
Music at break too loud.
Thought the serving staff were sometimes rather unkempt and clothing was dirty.

Music to reflect all community i.e. Indian, West Indian, African.

Phones should be switched off and need away to get people to stop talking when speaker is talking.
Awards go on for too long. Keep it short, keep them coming back for more.
Fantastic. (Tim Street)
Very professionally put together. Well done. Be proud to be from a BME background and not feel a second-class citizen.
Could started at 6pm drinks. 6:30 start as it went on too late. (Shan-wai Sim, Mrs)

Lack of Black representation in the entertainment and the food.
Over representation of the Asian community in the above categories (as mentioned) and also in the background music played. (Sinqobile Nobee Moyo)
Not diverse enough. I enjoyed the event and felt I learnt a lot. However, I felt it didn’t include the black culture, music, entertainers enough. Organisers went above and beyond to please us. Thank you! (Vimbai Moyo)
Entertainment was not multi-cultural enough. Not enough performers.
Enjoyable atmosphere. (Jackie Factor)
